Being to Becoming™ will give you the safe space to explore beyond what is now and begin to see what’s next. You can find your core energy again--it’s there, just below the surface.

Through four sessions you will build awareness about who you are and what’s important as you continue your journey: 

  1. Cultivate:  prepare your environment by reflecting on what is and what can be

  2. Plant:  ground yourself by reframing your thoughts, feelings and patterns    

  3. Grow:  expand your mind by re-energizing your spirit

  4. Blossom:  flourish in your possibility by rejoicing in all that you are

You will experience the power of community as you join other women in reimagining yourself and your life, while expanding your insights and toolkit. You are worth it. Your time is now.  

Where and When:

  • Every Tuesday for four weeks from March 16 through April 6 from 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Central TIme

  • A space you can call your own (for a little while!) to minimize disruptions and allow you to be fully present (your own little garden plot!)
