Through four sessions you will build awareness about who you are and what’s important as you continue your journey:
Cultivate: prepare your environment by reflecting on what is and what can be
Plant: ground yourself by reframing your thoughts, feelings and patterns
Grow: expand your mind by re-energizing your spirit
Blossom: flourish in your possibility by rejoicing in all that you are

What You’ll Need:
A space you can call your own (for a little while!) to minimize disruptions and allow you to be fully present (your own little garden plot!)
A computer/tablet and/or phone to connect in by video and/or voice
Pen and paper to write down any nuggets you get from the community and to record your growth insights
