Week of September 20, 2020

It is once again Set the Stage Sunday!

What happens after we let go? We MOVE ON. Does it happen as quickly as letting go? Perhaps sometimes. Perhaps we sit still for a moment, enjoying the quiet of our worlds after letting go. If you let go of your old high school jeans, maybe you are ready to move on quicker than if you let go of a 20 year relationship. You may find moving on means a period of stillness without diving into another relationship. If you are a business leader, moving on after a failed implementation of a beloved product may be quite painful, and the temptation to move to the next thing too quickly is ever present. A period of reflection and “post mortem” is critical to moving on effectively. Part of moving on after letting go is ensuring you feel the feels and deal with your "stuff" before moving on.

Contemplations for this week:

  • Have you ever moved on too quickly? How did that affect your life or business?

  • Have you ever gotten stuck or stayed stagnant for too
long? How did that affect your life or business?

  • When you made a decision to move on, did you find
yourself looking back far too often with regret? Or, were
you able to focus on your next thing? What techniques
    did you use?

  • Have you ever moved on from something without letting
    go?

  • Is there something or someone you need to move on
    from?

Join us this week on Facebook @Core Endeavors Coaching & Consulting as we explore what it means to move on and provide you with some thoughts and tools you can use throughout the week.

We wish you a week filled with new insights and discoveries as you contemplate your next steps and plans to move onto what is next for you!
