The Power of a Plan

This week we begin planning.  Planning takes the thoughts, feelings and reactions from reflecting and dreaming and begins to put them in motion.  The plan is the overarching framework in working toward your desired outcomes.  Plans can take many forms and have many components--the most important thing about a plan is that it is structured so that you will follow it.  What type of plan do you need?
