Dreams and Plans and Goals, Oh My!
Just like Dorothy and her companions being aware of lions, tigers and bears along the yellow brick road, dreams, plans and goals can be equally scary or overwhelming. They can also be creative and supportive. We spend a lot of time focusing on these elements of change because they are paramount to reaching desired outcomes, and framing and embracing them as helpful tools is a key to successfully reaching what you want. Without a dream, there is no vision; without a goal, there is no destination; and without a plan, there is no path to get you there.
As you continue to pave your way through uncertainty or transition, we have some friends embedded in our prior blogs to keep you company. These may provide the added insight and ideas you seek for keeping yourself focused and on track.
