You are enough. You don’t suck. You are worth it. Moments in time don’t define you. You are a flawed being. No human ever lives completely aligned with their values, and it’s ok. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Our minds are sponges, and the stories you feed yours about who you are will grow into a powerful narrative.
Examining those stories, where they first began, and how you are perpetuating them, is an important first step to changing the script, allowing for self-compassion and healing.
